Waters Worth Saving

Back to project gallery

We are proud to have worked on this water saving campaign over four years. In the UK we are really feeling the effects of climate change, and our hotter drier summers are taking a real toll on water supply. We have run this national campaign over the past three summers, raising awareness of ways to save water in the home and garden.

In the first year of the campaign, in the height of lockdown, we created this film for the campaign. Using real people to talk about the importance of saving water, helped build a authentic voice to the campaign which resonated well with the homeowner audience.

A small selection of the large range of assets we produced to be used over a number of platforms; Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn and Tiktok.

In addition to creating all social assets accross the campaing we also designed and built the campaign website

The campaign ran over the winter 2022/23 as concerns mounted following the drought in the summer of 2022. We also flexed the campaign to incorporate water saving advice to save money during the cost of living crisis.

"Back in the summer of 2020, Water UK was asked by water companies to launch the first ever industry consumer-facing campaign to get the British public to start saving-water. The result was the launch of Water's Worth Saving which is still going strong today. The Langtons were instrumental in the success of the campaign and were able to work at breakneck speed to get the campaign off the ground, within just a few weeks.

The Langtons created all the necessary elements of the campaign - from the overall brand look and feel and messaging through to a campaign website, videos, social media assets and newspaper adverts. The campaign consistently reaches 20 million people every year - which shows the power of a well thought through brand and the right messaging to reach target audiences. I wouldn't hesitate to work with the Langtons again."
